So, where do you want to live? I wish I could find a modern open concept single-story five-bedroom house with a pool, spa, and an amazing entertaining backyard! Throughout the rest of the house what a dream it would be to find beautiful hardwood floors, a stunningly remodeled kitchen featuring granite counters, custom cabinets, top on the line stainless steel appliances, a gorgeous subway tile back splash, an elegant stone fireplace, vinyl dual pane windows, recessed lighting, & smooth ceilings. I'd want my front door to be on the ground level with no steps, a big 2-car garage with tons of storage, solar panels, double gate side yard, a recently replaced roof, an upgraded HVAC system, & an interior laundry room. In the backyard, I wish there were room for everything my family wants, a beautiful pool/spa, an outdoor dining area, a pergola for summer shade, and a storage shed with multiple levels. But most importantly, I want to be in the middle of Thousand Oaks, on a quiet street, close to great schools, the freeway, shopping, restaurants, and the mall. I guess I'm a dreamer! Well maybe not!
