Although the tax rolls indicate that this villa is a 2/1 - that is not correct, and in fact this is a two bedroom, two bath, end unit villa, overlooking a greenbelt area. All cleaned and painted, with new window treatments and a real pleasure to show! Detached covered carport, with additional guest parking literally, just outside the front door. Four ceiling fans. The lanai has been enclosed with windows, but there is no a/c vent.
