The propane tank is owned so you can shop for the best price. The exterior has a fresh coat of paint less than 6 months old! The sewer is a 5 year old lagoon and is in very good condition and verified by a home inspector with video available. The breaker boxes have been recently upgraded. There is power to the barn and the garage, with underground wire in place for the 42 x 18 barn and the 42 x 34 barn. The trim in the house does not have any paint on it except in the kitchen! The trim is gorgeous and all original! The floors were stripped and refinished in 2015! Laminate in the kitchen and dining room. Carpet in bedroom 1 and a large carpet/rug in bedroom 2. Hummingbirds visit the trumpet vines in the front yard in summer. Lots of wildlife around the area. We have deer walk through the yard consistently and turkey can be heard and seen at different times of the year.
