Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. The property is equipped with security cameras monitoring the exterior only. Noise from neighboring projects may occur during weekday daytime hours. The resort fee is a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay.
