Enjoy the bright and open living room with a comfy U-shaped sofa and smart TV, and a dedicated office with a desk, monitor, printer, and ergonomic chair.
The property includes free Wi-Fi, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a 2-car garage. The pool is not heated, and pest control is routine. There is no access to community amenities. A resort fee covers certain amenities such as the pool and Wi-Fi. Additional fees may apply for unauthorized late checkouts, early check-ins, and cleaning services.

Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM, and parties are not allowed. Any violation of the no-party policy will result in immediate cancellation of the stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, and a $250 penalty applies if smoking is detected. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals with prior approval and a $100 pet fee. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 10 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will incur additional charges. The property is equipped with security cameras monitoring the exterior only. Noise from neighboring projects may occur during weekday daytime hours. The resort fee is a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay.
