This townhouse has private off-street parking for one car. It is on a very private street which ends at the water and so has no thru traffic. There is plenty of parking for a friend or partner's car in the neighborhood.


The living room, bedroom and decks all have good water views. There are decks on each level, including the roof, which are enjoyable in warm weather!


This is used as a short term summer rental from June through October, so is fully furnished. Linens/bedding are not provided.


Gas Grill is on deck off kitchen. There is a Smart TV and owner provides wi-fi and availability of multiple cable channels and DVR (includes HBO, Peacock, Showtime and Paramount).


Tenant pays owner for electric (includes heat/AC from heat pump) and natural gas for hot water.


Queen sized bed upstairs. Bathroom is upstairs, with shower/tub.
Easily sleeps two. Additionally, the couch has a full size pull out bed.


The kitchen has many modern conveniences, including a Keurig, The bathroom has recently been updated. There is no storage aside from closets.

There is shared laundry available in the basement and cleaning implements (including an extra vacuum cleaner for the upstairs bedroom/bathroom.


This is a safe and friendly area where people often don't even lock doors! But it's probably a good idea to lock anyway.


This is a quiet residential area with houses close together, so no loud parties or over 6 people.


No smoking of any kind indoors.


First month and security deposit requested.


No pets.
