Located in between St Philip and King Streets in popular Radcliffeborough, the dwelling is just a block to shopping, restaurants and bars.The layout is currently as follows. First floor - a formal living, a middle room used as separate dining, kitchen #1 and one bath. The living and dining rooms both have doors to the hall area and can be secured separately from the second floor. Second floor -at the top of the stairs is a door which separates the second and third floor from the first. Second floor has a front bedroom, middle room, breakfast nook, kitchen #and bathroom. Third floor  three rooms and a half bathroom. Unlike many 3rd story historic homes, the ceiling height on the 3rd floor is generous and there are multiple dormer windows for natural light.
Historical details provided by a local historian: Constructed c.1910 by Rev. Henry W.B. Bennett, Charleston-born and a leader in the area, No. 15 Radcliffe served as the primary residence for Bennett, his wife Chloe and six children. Unfortunately, Bennett died shortly after the house was constructed and in the 1920s, his widow rented portions of the house as apartments.
Significant original historical details include the unique multi-colored windows on both front floors and around the door, four original mantels, wall trim, flooring and staircases. First and second floors have high ceilings and original fireplaces in front two rooms. Owners have recently repaired the roof. The property needs significant restoration and is sold as is. Zoning is DR2. Preliminary Flood Maps show AE10.
