The apartment is located in a residential area, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, your reservation will be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and if any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval.
