Central air was new summer 2020, Furnace and hot water heater are 3-4 years old, There is a well built crawl space door on floor by furnace. Seller estimates crawl space is 5 ft. high. Fencing belongs to seller. Washer and dryer work but not warranted. Ice maker does not work on refrigerator. Ceiling fan in bedroom does not work but light does.
