Check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. Gatherings of more than 6 people are not allowed, and extra guests require management consent. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed this limit or falsify occupancy information are subject to eviction and a $200 to $500 fine. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with violations incurring a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., with violators charged a $200 fine. Exceptions to the rules must be approved in writing in advance. The traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation, and local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is needed before booking.
