Basic Qualifications:

Applicant Eligibility: All applicants must be currently experiencing homelessness (either sheltered or unsheltered) prior to residency.

Income Requirements: Applicant's income must not exceed 50% of the HUD Oahu Area Median Income. Rent and deposit must be affordable, and applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent and any required fees.

Priority Consideration: Priority will be given to families with children under the age of 18, and households with at least one working member.
