Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to arrange this amenity. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked side by side.
Located in Reunion Resort, a fun-filled luxury gated community, you can enjoy a stroll around one of the many golf courses. The resort is secured by a 24-hour security guard and offers easy access to nearby attractions such as restaurants, alligator farms, airboat rides, and water parks.
Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please note that the home is not baby-proofed and there is a ring camera by the front door for safety and privacy. No smoking, drugs, or parties are allowed on the property, and violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.
