You will enjoy the benefits of new siding and replacement windows that the original owners installed in 2003. Updates in recent years include new bathroom counter tops and plumbing fixtures. The HVAC equipment was replaced in 2007 along with a new humidifier. All light fixtures in the home have been updated and an irrigation system was installed in 2009. In 2012 a new 40 gallon hot water tank was installed.
