Enjoy hassle-free parking available for just $20 per night. One parking spot is included per stay, and if you need an extra, alternative parking is available nearby. Relax and unwind in our welcoming pool area. Wristbands are required for access and are available for $10 per day, which includes two wristbands. Only these two will be provided. The pool is available daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Only guests wearing the wristband are allowed to use the pool. Lost or damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee. The apartment also offers a fully equipped gym with state-of-the-art machines and free weights, ideal for keeping your fitness routine on track. Gather with friends or family and enjoy a delicious barbecue in the designated outdoor grilling area, perfect for relaxing under the open sky.

For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1, and air conditioning is in full operation from May 15 to October 1. Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot will be available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Please park in the designated space and use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property. A set of towels is provided for each guest registered in your unit. Additional towels beyond the initial set provided at the start of your stay are not available. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB/Access Cards cost $250 to replace, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300, per building policy. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage up to $300 per stay, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by the violation of the rental policy, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft or lost items, or damage that isn’t reported during the stay.
