Parking is available with space for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 additional vehicle on the street. Pool heat and hot tub usage can be requested in writing a week prior to check-in for $35 per day. A pet fee applies for one house-trained dog, subject to a $150 security deposit.

Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. There is a no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property. The home can accommodate a maximum of 16 guests, and it is not baby-proofed. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. Parking rules must be followed to avoid towing. Excessive noise should be minimized between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
