The guest room has french doors that access the bricked back porch area with a full bath in the hallway. The master has a large walk-in closet and bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. French doors open up to the bricked back porch patio looking out at the yard and adjacent to the main house and cook house is a 24 x 16 outdoor entertainment area and fire pit for those fall nights around the fire. There is plenty of space to build an outdoor kitchen and pool to accompany the existing covered sitting area & fire pit making outdoor entertaining under the stars with friends and family an every weekend event! Spend quiet evenings on the farm listening to the sound of rain pelting on the tin roof and the sounds of the resident owl and wildlife that roam the property. The main home & 1098 sq ft detached cook house/entertainment space is tucked away to create privacy from the event area should guest be on premises. The current owners often use the detached entertainment space to host dinner parties with more guest. The 11 x 13 Queen Bedroom with walk-in closet and full bath is located on the main floor. A beautiful spiral staircase leads up to two twin beds in the loft. The vaulted living room is cozy with a fireplace and an old piano to complete the nostalgic feel. Just outside the cabin under the trees is a brick fire pit to enjoy bonfires and s'mores. Built in 1996, this is the original home on site. There is a full kitchen, bar and dining area that is used by caterers during events. Wedding events are often hosted in the front yard under the lighted old Live Oak and it easily accommodates 100 guest in the outdoor space.
