The home and property are in the “Avocado Heights” area of Vista. I love this area for many reasons. There are no pesky HOA or Mello-roos taxes/fees so if you are looking for a cookie cutter style neighborhood where all the homes look the same, you are going to want to keep looking. Many of the surrounding homes are unique and special in their own way and there is a good sense of pride in the neighborhood so in general the homes all look to be kept up well. The weather is some of the absolute BEST in CA in my opinion and is one of the main reasons I love living in Vista myself. It seems we are just far enough from the coast, so we do not get a lot of May Gray or June Gloom but close enough, so we do not have extreme warmth either. You can step out your front door from 1535 Sunrise Drive and go for walks in multiple directions, you can head downtown and check out one of the dozens of local breweries and restaurants, schools are close, groceries are close, etc. In addition, the world famous Moonlight Amphitheater just a few steps away where live Broadway and Off-Broadway award winning shows are performed all season long. 1535 Sunrise Drive truly is a distinctive home with lots of desirable features in this or any market and I do expect it to sell quickly and be competitive. As such, interested parties are urged to act quickly.
