The ground-floor queen bedroom is ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs and includes an additional pull-out single floor mattress. The living room also features a queen fold-out, making it suitable for larger groups. Smart TVs with Roku are provided in both bedrooms for your entertainment. The modern kitchen is fully stocked for everything from quick bites to family dinners, and the open living space features a 75” smart TV and updated furniture for cozy movie nights. The dining area comfortably seats four.
We welcome pets for a fee of $100 per pet, per stay, with a maximum of 4 dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Garage parking is available, but the space is best suited for compact vehicles. For midsize or larger cars, nearby overnight street parking is recommended for a smoother experience.

The property is a 3-story townhome with bathrooms located on the upper and lower levels, not on the main living/kitchen floor. The private rooftop is accessed via an attic staircase from the master suite, which may not be suitable for everyone due to its narrowness. Guests will enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire home and all its amenities during their stay, with a completely contactless check-in process available 24/7. The primary renter must be 18+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay, and subleasing is prohibited. Maximum occupancy is 4 overnight guests, per city regulations, and exceeding this limit may result in fines or eviction. No parties or events are allowed, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, and any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
