The facade is a revision of a Gothic style home and is on almost 0.9 acres and is carried through the exterior of the home. The home was originally built in 1873 for the Stokes Family. In 2016 the homeowners had numerous upgrades including an expansion of 5 ft. in width in the home of the kitchen and laundry room area. Also in the room is a built-in wine refrigerator and across for that counter is another small counter containing the ice-maker.
There are many multiple cabinets along with the end cap cabinets on both sides of the Sub Zero units. Within this entire kitchen area there is storage for fine dining down to breakfast cereal bowls, dishes, utensils etc. This truly is the main ‘hub’ of this home. Yet, just steps away, thru the French double doors to the exterior courtyard, is the outside built in Barbecue area with storage built in cabinets and a beautiful sitting area for outdoors dining.
Back into the main home on the second and third floors are the bedrooms and bathrooms. It is very unusual in a home built in this time to have built in closets in the bedrooms, but almost every bedroom has these closets. There are five bedrooms on this floor – each with plenty of room and space. The bathrooms have all been renovated from 2016 and are in excellent condition throughout this home.
The third floor is the complete master bedroom suite, including en-suite bathroom and dressing area. The master suite has every need for his and hers clothing, including a complete dressing and make up in the dressing area The bedroom is nicely spaced and include custom built-in clothing dressers the length of the master bedroom, plus two closets for clothing.

One floor, below the kitchen and family room areas, is a separate finished basement for young adults and children with lounging, plus workstations for computer usage. Also located at this level is a wine room that is temperature controlled.
Note – Windows in the main home have all been replaced, except for the historic first floor ...special blown glass windows on the front of this home. Again this renovation was completed in 2016.
