The apartment boasts an oversized balcony or terrace, large windows, spacious storage closets, and individually controlled heat and air conditioning. Complimentary starter items like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and kitchen supplies are provided to kickstart your stay.
Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Covered, in-building, in/out parking for one vehicle is available for $39 per night, though oversized vehicles may not fit. The outdoor pool operates seasonally with hours set by building management.

The maintenance staff may need to access the apartment as required by building management, with advanced notice provided when possible. Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. Package and postal delivery may not be available. A rental usage agreement and a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card are required prior to check-in. Be aware of potential noise disruptions from building maintenance or construction, and water shut-offs or elevator maintenance may occur. Local residents cannot book homes for same-day arrival.
