The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is a no-smoking and no-drugs policy on the property, and a maximum of 14 guests is allowed at any given time. The home is not baby-proofed, and no third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by keeping noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are not allowed on the property, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
