We are selling our 5 acre ranch with with 3 bed 2 bath home. We did every upgrade when we built this home in 2014-2015. We really love our Quadra Fire 7100 fireplace. The only utility bill is electric and because we went with all LED lights our bill is around $150 per month. We just installed enough solar panels to completely remove the power bill. The views here are amazing.
