Free parking is available in the garage or on the driveway, with additional parking on neighborhood streets. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, maximum of two pets per stay. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels, ensuring compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas operated and should not be left unattended. We offer plenty of body towels, but guests are encouraged to bring their own pool towels.
