We offer a variety of a la carte options to enhance your stay, including private chef services, hospital amenities, car transportation, first-floor living arrangements, and car charging stations. Pets are welcome, and the number of pets is negotiable. The cleaning fee is also negotiable and based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
Situated in a super quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, this home is close to grocery stores, Starbucks, Target, Forest Hill Playground, and the Coventry and Cedar/Lee shopping and dining districts. It's a five-minute drive to hospitals, a 15-minute drive to Downtown, and a 25-minute drive to the airport. The property is also near Forest Hill Park and a short drive to Little Italy and University Circle, home to the Art Museum and other attractions.
Guests booking a stay between 30-59 days will have a $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, trash, electric, and gas. Exceeding this cap by more than $25 will require reimbursement. For stays of 60 days or more, guests are responsible for utility usage except for Wi-Fi and security system. The house is located in a wooded area, so it's common to see wildlife. We ensure thorough cleaning before each guest's arrival. Street parking is free during the day until 10:00 p.m., after which cars should be moved to the driveway or garage to avoid tickets. No more than four cars are allowed. Smoking is prohibited inside the home, and cigarette butts must be disposed of properly to avoid a litter fee. Snow removal is provided only for accumulations over a few inches, and lawn maintenance is taken care of during spring, summer, and fall.
