Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for guests who bring a house-trained dog with written notification from the guest and approval by the host. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted.
