A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome a house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight), and a pet fee is applied subject to up to $150. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property.
