To ensure a smooth check-in process, coordinate your arrival time at least 72 hours in advance. A late check-in fee of $50 applies for arrivals after 10 PM, and $100 for arrivals after midnight. Check-out time is by 11 AM, and guests are asked to empty the refrigerator and dispose of all trash before departure. Note that the furniture and decor may vary from the online photos, as updates are made periodically. No smoking, loud music, or parties are allowed, and pets must be approved in advance. While mailbox access is not guaranteed, package delivery is available. An AC window unit will be installed around Memorial Weekend.
Healthcare employees are welcome, and the apartment offers a minimum stay of 30 days, with some cases requiring a 90-day minimum stay between June 1st and September 1st. Enjoy complimentary access to Netflix via the Roku Streaming Box.
