The property is located in the beautiful ChampionsGate community and offers free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse.
Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and leather reclining couches that will accommodate the whole family. Enjoy a private pool and hot tub right in the backyard, perfect for soaking in the Florida sun on the pool deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Downstairs, there is one bedroom and one shared bath, while upstairs, there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The Retreat at ChampionsGate amenities include a resort-style pool with a water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, a playground, volleyball courts, a public 18-hole golf course, a golf driving range and putting green, a golf clubhouse and pro shop, six clay tennis courts, and a tennis clubhouse.
Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the driveway parked back to back and up to one vehicle on the street in front of the property. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice.
ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in ChampionsGate, FL. Regardless of your interests, The Retreat at ChampionsGate promises endless enjoyment for everyone in your family.
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with a 24-hour security guard. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking. We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
