The property includes six spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living areas, a private pool, and a game room with a pool table.
Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat-screen TV and leather reclining couches that will accommodate the whole family. The large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure-filled day in Orlando. Enjoy spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, and take advantage of the free washer and dryer. The outdoor area features a private pool and hot tub right in the backyard, along with pool loungers for soaking in the Florida sun.
If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice to coordinate this service.

Self check-in and check-out are conveniently offered. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. It is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and excessive noise should be minimized during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 15 guests at any given time. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
