Move-in fee of $695 and 1 months rent, we will hold for $200 a week to be applied to move in fee. Example, you want to move-in in 3 week. Pay $100 down and $200 a week for the next 2 weeks. Then at move-in pay one months rent and the remaining move in expenses.

Pets welcomed $200 pet fee at move in and $25/m for fist pet $10/m for each additional.
