All of the rooms have been painted and the original woodwork has been kept. The windows have been reglazed and sealed to retain the authenticity of the glass. They are also insulated. The decking for the wrap-around porch has been removed and replaced. The old boards are left there for the new owner to repurpose. Under the porch has not been replaced.
