About the Builder

Tom Mchugh Construction proudly offer the option to build and finance the construction loan portion of a new home, allowing buyers to purchase the property as soon as it's complete. This option is available on most of their lots. The current turnaround time for a turnkey build is approximately five months from the time of contract and deposit. This timeline includes floor plan design, permitting, and material procurement, with actual construction taking around three months. They also work with trusted lenders who provide a 12-month rate lock on a 30-year fixed loan, secured at the time of deposit.
