There is a beautiful white propane fireplace with an antique mantle from the old "Swann House".  Ceramic tile floors throughout the house. Kitchen has plenty of storage with lots of oak cabinets and JettaStone, solid surface countertops, which open to the living room. There is a glass door letting in lots of light to the kitchen and leading to a screen patio with it's own mini fridge. The first bedroom off the living room can be a bedroom or a den/library as it has a glass french door leading in and out of the room as well as a closet. The closet currently has a desk set up inside but easily removed. The guest bath has easy access to the 2nd bedroom and the living areas.   The master is nicely sized with lots of light and a french door leading to the screen porch with its own retractable screen door. Master bath is retro with gray and pink tile. The laundry room is quite large with a large area for storage and folding clothes. The laundry area was enclosed from the garage which makes it on the smaller side and only one small car can fit in the garage. But there is also a carport which leads to the pool equipment and the backyard. The laundry room also contains the water heater and the electric panel as well as a full bath with access to the pool. The roof was done in 2013 while the air was done in 2017.  All the windows are double paned and made of fiberglass. There is an open covered porch off the screen porch and it has the electrical capacity for a hot tub. Pool is quite large at 13 x 27 with a new creepy crawly and two large bins of pool supplies as well as a vinyl cover. There is also electricity in the front yard for decorations. There is a sprinkler system front and back which was redone within the last two years.  The septic system was replaced within the last two years. Drain field is in the front yard. There is a large parking pad to hold a few cars. Washer and Dryer included and only 5 years old
