The bathtub, subway tiles, and hexagonal floor tiles are original and in beautiful shape. Each bedroom opens to the serene garden and fountain through double-paned French doors. Floors throughout are of oak with random inserts of Tiger Oak pattern. Hallway cabinets are lined with solid cedar to keep contents fresh and moth-free as typical of the period. The backyard fountain features a reproduction period piece of Laird Plumbeigh tiles created by a local artist known for fine arts & crafts tile work also used in the kitchen back splash. The back yard also features a redwood Grape Arbor running the length of the rear wall covered by producing grape vines. The Garage is separated from that of the neighbor and is fully insulated and dry-walled of high quality. All cabinetry is custom made along with the solid mahogany garage door.
