Amenities include a full kitchen, grill, deck/patio, balcony, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. A luxury linen package with sheets, hand towels, bathmats, washcloths, and bath towels is included.
Beach gear rentals are available. Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay. The credit amount for this property is $50 a day. You may use this credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more. Car passes are $20 per car.
Located in the third row, this home is nestled in a very private oceanfront gated community located near Pawleys Island South Carolina on the coast between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks, an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths, and a delightful year-round climate. Activities include beach, swimming, boating, offshore fishing, on shore fishing, championship golf, Har Tru Clay tennis courts, Top Golf, surf fishing, paddle boarding, museums, plantation tours, wildlife reserves, sculpture and botanical gardens, shopping, historic tours and culinary adventures. Plus, it is only an hour from Charleston and 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach.
Guests under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian to book this property. No smoking is allowed on the premises. The maximum number of cars allowed for this property is 6. Guest gate passes must be displayed visibly at all times. The speed limit is 25 miles per hour. Be cautious and courteous, yielding to pedestrians, bikers, golfers, skaters, and wildlife. No street parking is allowed from 11 PM to 7 AM. RVs, motorcycles, motorbikes, jet skis, and gas-powered golf carts are not permitted in DeBordieu Colony. [SI]
