• Background Check: A clean background is required.

• Security Deposit: Equivalent to one month’s rent.

• Utilities: Tenant pays for Georgia Power and water (no gas service available).

• Availability & Processing Time: The unit is available for immediate move-in, with a standard application processing time of 3–5 business days.
