All the bedrooms have large windows; closets are lighted, and overall adequate in size. There's a large open basement with one slightly damaged wall. We have an estimate to repair and once completed the basement could be finished as an excellent recreation room. It's difficult to find a property in this good of condition, within this school district, and at this price point. Consider taking a look before buying in a subdivision and paying much more!
