They have "Winter in the Square" with ice skating and snow and they have a Farmers Market, as well. There are so many wonderful restaurants and shops! Avalon Park is a self-contained community with its own schools, parks, medical offices and pharmacies. Avalon Park is also close to all major highways like 408 and 417. My hot water heater is 2 years old and my HVAC is has just been serviced to make sure it is running perfectly. And Timber Pointe has a community pool too!
