The location is incredible as it is close to Dunedin, Tampa, St. Petersburg and anything that you can think of that you'd like to take advantage of within the Tampa Bay Area. 
It is only a 10-minute drive to the closest beach (Indian Rocks Beach), which is a much more residential beach than others that are close by. The front door step is mere steps from Eagle Lake Park which is a gorgeous expanse of land with trails for biking and walking, lakes for turtle and fish viewing, and green space to picnic complete with playgrounds for the little ones! It is also very close to the Highland Recreation Center which has a pool, slides, a gym, and a little park with a pond.
All utilities, wifi, electricity and cable are included. It is fully furnished including pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, linens, etc. 
Minimum stay is 1 week at $950/week with a $500 security deposit. Available monthly for $3750/month and $1500 security deposit. Additional fees are $175 cleaning fee. There is also a $75 non-refundable pet fee if you have your pets staying with you.  Please inquire if there are more than 5 guests in your party.
