Fire code only allows a maximum of 8 people in the unit. Guests must be 25 or older to rent. Sand on persons and gear must be washed off at the provided showers at the resort entrance to beach. Excessive sand in the condo will result in a $250 additional fee. Beach gear is never to enter the home; please rinse them off and place them into the outer storage closet. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony of the unit, and security will impose fines if you are caught smoking on the balcony. Do not take bath towels to the beach; beach towels are provided to you. No sand is allowed in the washing machine. Bunk beds are for children only, 75lbs limit.
