WiFi is available with your own computer. There is a smart TV with streaming services available with your own subscription. Also there is a desk with a second monitor, and printer.
Full size washer/dryer are shared with owners who live upstairs. No smoking, no pets.
The property is a short drive to downtown Portland. Close to shopping and restaurants and close to the Willamette river. There are walking/biking trails along the river with great views. Of the $500 deposit, $400 is refundable if there is no damage at the end of the lease period. $100 is a cleaning fee. We work on a month-to-month lease and payment can be made with cash, check, Venmo or credit card
