Enjoy relaxing in the sitting room on the full-sized futon with a view towards OOB, plus catch glimpses of the ocean from the living room and even while doing dishes.

If you do have a dog, clean up after it. I live about 30 minutes away, so am close enough to be available if you should need me, but far enough to provide you with privacy.
