Welcome to the Urban Oasis! This freshly renovated home has everything you need to enjoy your time in the Oldest City. It boasts two queen bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and two full bathrooms on the lower level. Upstairs, you'll find a private, open queen bedroom and a half bathroom. The living room is equipped with a flatscreen TV and a Roku streaming system. A spacious sofa with a queen pullout sleeper accommodates two additional guests. The expansive back patio with a lounge area, outdoor table, and electric grill makes this the perfect home for relaxing after a long day exploring the city.
The home offers two designated off-street parking spots. If you're bringing more than two vehicles, there is free street parking in front of the property and along the entire street (Old Mission Ave).

Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. Tampering with the camera may result in the reservation being canceled. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children should use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written and posted in the house.
