(see inspection report regarding age of units) Hardwood flooring in all BR's and most likely hardwood floors under carpet in living room. Pulling up a corner of the carpet in the corner of the room revealed what appears to be hardwood floors, but only removing the entire carpet would determine extent of the hardwood in that area. Nice laminate flooring in kitchen and laundry room/mud room. Newer kitchen sink and kitchen faucet. The home is within walking distance of elementary school (Woodland) and middle school (Marshall) Dishwasher and range stay with home. There is a sprinkler system panel in garage, sprinkler system was not tested and sellers do not know condition or extent of sprinkler system. Regarding security system: It is a Safe Home and seller cannot tell buyer anymore information on it. Inspection report says range oven does not work, seller and listing agent tested oven and it did heat and was right on the selected temperature. The sellers have not lived in the home for many years and instead of completing a sellers disclosure form had Fidelity Property Inspections LLC do a home inspection on April 5th, 2022.
