Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, guests will be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, and pass through a verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
