This is a smoke-free environment. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our verification portal. In some instances, you will complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival.
