Charming: we know it’s a word that gets tossed around a lot in real estate. But in the case of 1719 Flat Shoals Road? It really applies. But if you were describing it to a friend, it’s not hard to imagine “classically Southern cottage with just a hint of New England coastal” working its way into a conversation. That about gets it right. Clocking in at just under 1600 square feet (3 beds and 2 baths, by the way), 1719 hits the sweet spot for most buyers — something that’s bolstered by the sprawling, immaculately maintained, private backyard that’s ideal for kicking the dog out in the morning. Great deck, too, for when we all get back to entertaining around a grill. (Speaking of which, some serious curb appeal in the front, with an oversized envy-of-the-neighborhood lawn and a literal white picket fence.) Lastly, the location in one of East Atlanta’s “already-up-and-went” enclaves is a winner.
