If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count and the host is not notified, there will be a $75 fee per person.

Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees. Cats are not allowed at our property. Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. No parties or events are allowed. Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway, additional street parking is available. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. [SI]
