Guests have full access to the home through front and back door keypad entry. All rooms, bathrooms, and closets are available for guest use. The attic and mailbox are for homeowner use only and are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
- Only parking for two vehicles. Any additional overnight vehicles are not allowed. Period.
- No smoking or vaping indoors.
- Absolutely NO GLITTER or Confetti is allowed. If I find any littered on the premises, I will charge an additional cleaning fee of $40.
- Multiple security cameras outside the front and back of the house.
- The gym, pool, and dog park are a short walk away, located at 9400 Petrichor Blvd, Manor, TX 78653

Rental terms:
- 6-12 Month Lease Contract
- 30 days' notice for renewal
- Refundable deposit
- No subleasing or short term rentals allowed

Pet Policy:
- 400 non-refundable pet deposit (cats and dogs only, all sizes & breed accepted)
- Max two pets total and hosting other pets is not allowed

Average monthly utilities: (250-350 total, depends on usage)
