Linens, bath and beach towels provided. Nonsmoking condo, no pets. Monthly rent includes cable, water and electric up to $150/mo. Condo application approval is required. Security deposit due after application is approved. 1/2 of rent is due at lease signing, balance due 45 days prior to move in. $250 move out cleaning fee due upon move in. Monthly rent is $5,500 for July 01,2025 through October 31, 2025, $6,000 for November 2025 through April 30th. Monthly rent does not include the 13% sales and tourist tax on leases of less than six months. Discount of 10% for annual lease. There is a three month minimum and the owner would prefer four or more months if possible.
