Access to a shared new, large capacity, efficiency washer/dryer @ no charge.

Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel, major brand appliances, new self - defrosting refrigerator/freezer, self cleaning, gas - oven/range, dishwasher, built in microwave, toaster oven. There is a breakfast bar with stools ( no dining room ).

A cat or medium, non barking, housebroken dog may be considered. There will be an additional $1500 security deposit for a pet.

There will be a charge for utilities each month - electric, gas, water, trash.

We provide gardening service.

Minimum of a 12 month lease. We will not consider month-to-month. No guarantors.
